Dear Parent,

As we end our fourth six weeks for the 2008-2009 school year, our teachers are working to maximize your child’s progress in all academic areas.   We expect the remainder of the spring semester to be a very busy, productive time!

Attached you will find a copy of the State of Texas 2007 - 08 School Report Card of Bells Elementary School.  This is a report required by the Texas Legislature and prepared by the state department of education.  The report provides information concerning student performance as well as information concerning expenditures, average class size, and student / teacher ratios.

 

State law requires that the information be provided for the state, the district, the school, and a group of schools similar to your school.  Where possible, the information must be reported by ethnicity and socio-economic status of the students and must include at least two years of results.
