CHARACTER EDUCATION at Bells Elementary is an integral part of our school curriculum. The following character traits are taught to students through classroom discussion and activities.
1st six weeks----Respect
2nd six weeks---Responsibility
3rd six weeks---Trustworthiness
4th six weeks---Citizenship
5th six weeks---Caring
6th six weeks---Fairness
At Bells Elementary we reinforce the importance of good character. Students receive red tickets, recognition on Fridays for showing good character and every 6 weeks a program is present on the character trait for that 6 weeks.

CHRISTMAS ANGELS
The goal of Bells Elementary and local churches is to provide Santa for children who would otherwise not have a Christmas. Letters concerning Christmas Angels will be sent out to parents on Nov. 3, 2008. A reply is due back to the school on or by Nov. 21, 2008.
Presents will be distributed the week of Dec. 15-19,2008.
RELAY FOR LIFE
The faculty at Bells Elementary is in our third year of raising money for Relay for Life. Cancer has touched all of our lives and our goal is to help raise money for cancer research. Through out the year the faculty will be participating in Caps for Life, faculty luncheons, and fundraisers. Rely for Life in usually held in May.
