House Bill 3693 requires school districts to record electricity, water, and natural gas consumption in an electronic repository and report this information on a publicly accessible website with an interface designed for ease of navigation.  It requires the metered amount of electricity, water, or natural gas consumed for which the district is responsible to pay and the aggregate cost for those utility services.  If you have any questions, please contact the Bells ISD Administration Office at 903.965.7721.
