We are working on Chapter 4 “The 13 English Colonies.”

Activities involved:

3 maps over the New England, Middle, and Southern Colonies.

Pop Quiz over the Colonies then Test.

Quiz over Chapter 4 then Test.

Thirteen colony crossword.

Unit Test (over chapters 1-4) to follow.

Important Information:

Students may earn extra credit in 3 ways:

**Do the extra credit in his/her workbook and turn in before

the chapter tests (worth 10 pts. on that particular test).

**Keep a folder with all his/her papers for the Six Weeks

period. Have parent look through folder & sign. This will replace the lowest

test grade with 100 pts.

**Students are given a “potty pass” at the beginning of each six weeks. It’s to

be used in case of an emergency. If the student does not use the pass, it will

replace his/her lowest nonzero daily grade with 100 pts.
